Quick Update

Hi! Sorry it's been a while since I last updated, but Nick and I are a bit busy with many things. First of all, we placed an offer on a house in Kirkland, and are now in escrow. We're waiting for the inspection details to be accepted, but I don't see much of a problem there...so if all else goes smoothly, we should have the house by the 8th of February.

In the mean time, we are selling our condo right now and had our first open house on Sunday. According to our agent, there were a fair number of people who walked in, with one man in particular who seemed really interested. So it was good news and hopefully an offer will be made sometime soon.

So, that's the update on the biggest news that the two of us have to share. Once I have more time to sit down and write (as opposed to constantly cleaning, and making the place look immaculate), I'll try to update more frequently.
